## Ingredients

- 400 g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 white onion, diced
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 1.5 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tin coconut milk
- 1 tsp chilli
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 clove garlic
- frozen vegetables
- 250 ml chicken stock
- 200 g noodles

## Instructions

1. Add 400g of chicken, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 onion, 3 tbsp of peanut butter, 1.5 tbsp of lime juice, 1 tin of coconut milk, 1 tsp of chilli, 2 tbsp of honey, 4 cloves of garlic, and vegetable mix to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on HIGH for 150 minutes.
3. Add 250ml of chicken stock and 200g of dry egg noodles to the slow cooker.
4. Cook for a further 20 minutes before serving.
