Ingredients

  • 400g of chicken breast (cut into strips)
  • 1 tbsp of curry powder
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 white onion (diced)
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1.5 tbsp of lime juice
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp of chilli
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • frozen vegetables
  • 250ml of chicken stock
  • 200g of noodles

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, curry powder, soy sauce, onion, peanut butter, lime juice, coconut milk, chilli, honey, garlic, and vegetable mix to the slow cooker.
