Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 tin of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 1 tsp of ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp of turmeric
  • 2 tbsp of curry powder
  • 1 tsp of chilli powder
  • 1 white onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp of ginger
  • 0.5 tsp of five spice
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tin of peas
  • rice

  1. Add the chicken breast, coconut milk, tomato puree, ground coriander, turmeric, curry powder, chili powder, white onion, garlic, ginger, Chinese five spice, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
