# Slow Cooker Chicken Curry

## Ingredients

- 4 chicken breast, diced
- 1 tin coconut milk
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 4 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger
- 0.5 tsp five spice
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 tin peas
- rice

## Instructions

1. Add the 4 chicken breast, 1 tin of coconut milk, 2 tbsp of tomato puree, 1 tsp of ground coriander, 1 tbsp of turmeric, 2 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1 white onion, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp of ginger, 0.5 tsp of Chinese five spice, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
2. Cook on HIGH for 4 hour.
3. Stir the curry and drain the 1 tin of garden peas.
4. Add the garden peas to the slow cooker for 5 minutes.
5. Serve with rice.
