Ingredients
- 200g of long grain rice
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 8 pork sausages (cut into pieces)
- 1.5 tbsp of cajun seasoning
- 1 white onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 400ml of water
- chilli – optional, to taste
- garlic – optional, to taste
- paprika – optional, to taste
- 150g of frozen vegetables – peas and peppers
- salt – to taste
- black pepper – to taste

Instructions
- Put the long grain rice in a sieve and rinse it thoroughly.
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and brown the pork sausages for .
- Stir in the cajun seasoning and white onion, then cook for .
- Add the rice and cook for , then pour in chopped tomatoes and water.
- Bring to the boil, lower the heat, and add chilli, garlic, and paprika to taste.
