Ingredients
Spice Mix
- 1 tsp of MSG
- 1 tsp of five spice
- 1 tsp of white pepper
- 0.5 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 0.5 tsp of hot chilli powder
- 0.5 tsp of chilli flakes
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 0.5 tsp of salt
Main
- 500g of chips
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 onion (sliced) – large
- 1 bell pepper (sliced) – green or red
- 1 chilli (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
Equipment

- air fryer
- wok

Instructions
- Mix all the spices, sugar, and salt together in a small bowl.
- Cook chips according to package instructions in an air fryer if you have one for extra crispiness.
- While the chips are cooking, heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over a high heat.
- Stir-fry the onion, bell pepper, fresh chilli, and garlic for , up to 3 minutes, until softened but still crisp.
- Add the cooked chips to the wok.
- Sprinkle the spice mix over the chips and veg, tossing vigorously to coat everything evenly.
- Serve immediately.
