- 2 white onion (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 2 tbsp of harissa paste
- 1 tsp of chilli powder
- 1 tin of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 100g of red lentils
- 700ml of vegetable stock
- 500g of tomato passata
- 300g of sweet potato
