# Millie's Shortbread

## Ingredients

- 4 oz icing sugar
- 4 oz butter
- 4 oz margarine
- 8 oz plain flour
- 4 oz cornflour

## Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat together 4 oz of icing sugar, 4 oz of butter, and 4 oz of margarine.
3. Add 8 oz of plain flour and 4 oz of cornflour, and beat together until a dough forms.
4. Knead the mixture into a ball, then roll it out on a lightly floured surface and cut into shapes.
5. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
