# Marry Me Chicken Pasta

## Ingredients

- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic granules
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- salt
- pepper
- 4 chicken breast (small)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 100 ml single cream
- 75 g sun-dried tomato
- 1 handful basil, chopped
- 300 g pasta

## Instructions

1. Mix 1 tbsp of onion powder, 1 tbsp of garlic granules, 1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tbsp of smoked paprika, 1 tsp of chilli powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
2. Coat the 4 chicken breast with the spice mix.
3. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the chicken until cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken and set aside.
5. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the same frying pan.
6. Fry off the 2 shallots and 3 cloves of garlic.
7. Add 1 tbsp of tomato puree and mix through.
8. Add the 300ml of chicken stock, 100ml of single cream, 75g of sun-dried tomatoes, and 1 handful of basil and bring to the boil.
9. In a separate pot, cook the 300g of pasta according to package instructions.
10. Add the chicken back into the frying pan and simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes.
11. Stir through the cooked pasta and serve.
