# Fakeaway Fried Noodles

## Ingredients

### Noodles and Vegetables

- 2 chicken breast
- 1 piece beansprouts
- 1 bunch spring onion, chopped
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 250 g noodles

### Sauce

- 8 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tsp Chinese five spice
- 2 tsp garlic puree
- black pepper
- 300 ml chicken stock
- 6 tbsp honey
- chicken breast
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- noodles
- 1 piece beansprouts
- 1 bunch spring onion, chopped

## Cookware

- air fryer
- frying pan

## Instructions

1. Cook the chicken breast in the air fryer until done.
2. Shred the cooked chicken breast.
3. Heat the 3 tbsp of sesame oil in a frying pan and boil water for the noodles.
4. Fry the 1 beansprouts and 1 bunch of spring onions for 2 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook the noodles in the boiling water until slightly undercooked.
6. Add the cooked noodles to the frying pan.
7. Stir in the 4 tbsp of dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp of curry powder, 1 tsp of Chinese five spice, 1 tsp of garlic puree, black pepper, 150ml of chicken stock, and 3 tbsp of honey.
8. Let the mixture simmer until the noodles are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
9. Mix the shredded chicken breast through the noodles and serve.
