# Creamy chicken, bacon & harissa spaghetti

## Ingredients

- 300 g spaghetti
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 150 g bacon, diced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 0.5 tbsp oregano
- 2 tsp garlic puree (or 2 crushed garlic cloves)
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 200 ml chicken stock
- 120 ml single cream
- chilli flakes

## Instructions

1. Cook 300g of spaghetti in a saucepan.
2. Meanwhile, add 500g of chicken and 150g of bacon into a pan along with the 1 tbsp of smoked paprika and 0.5 tbsp of oregano.
3. Once it is browned and cooked most of the way through, add the 2 tsp of garlic puree and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Add 1 tbsp of tomato puree and 2 tbsp of harissa paste and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add 200ml of chicken stock and 120ml of single cream.
6. Cook until the liquid has reduced and formed a thicker sauce.
7. Add in the cooked spaghetti and garnish with chilli flakes.
