# Chilli Chicken Penne Pasta

## Ingredients

- 320 g penne pasta
- 3 piece chicken breast, chopped
- 1 piece red pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp chilli
- 12 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 300 ml creme fraiche
- smoked paprika
- black pepper

## Cookware

## Instructions

1. Start boiling 320g of penne pasta in a saucepan. Preheat the oven if you are having garlic bread.
2. Fry the 3 chicken pieces in a frying pan for 2 minutes.
3. Add 1 red pepper, 1 tsp of garlic, and 1 tsp of chilli; cook until the chicken is browned. Add garlic bread to the oven.
4. Reduce to a low heat.
5. Add 12 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce.
6. Add 300ml of creme fraiche, a few tablespoons at a time, until you achieve the desired taste.
7. Simmer for 1 minute.
8. Add smoked paprika and black pepper to taste.
9. Stir the cooked pasta through the sauce.
10. Serve on a plate, with self-service black pepper and parmesan cheese, and a side of garlic bread.
