- 320g of penne pasta
- 3 chicken breasts (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 tsp of garlic
- 1 tsp of chilli
- 12 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce
- 300ml of creme fraiche
- smoked paprika
- black pepper

Instructions
- Start boiling penne pasta in a saucepan. Preheat the oven if you are having garlic bread.
- Fry the chicken pieces in a frying pan for .
- Add red pepper, garlic, and chilli; cook until the chicken is browned. Add garlic bread to the oven.
- Reduce to a low heat.
- Add sweet chilli sauce.
- Add creme fraiche, a few tablespoons at a time, until you achieve the desired taste.
- Simmer for .
- Add smoked paprika and black pepper to taste.
- Stir the cooked pasta through the sauce.
- Serve on a plate, with self-service black pepper and parmesan cheese, and a side of garlic bread.
