Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients

  • 250g of pasta
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts (chopped)
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 4 cloves of garlic – crushed
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of black pepper
  • 300ml of double cream
  • 70g of parmesan – grated

Instructions

  1. Start cooking pasta according to package instructions in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the chicken pieces until no pink is showing.
  3. Add the bacon and cook it for .
  4. Add garlic, spinach, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  5. Pour in double cream and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and parmesan. Stir until the cheese has melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
