# Chicken Alfredo Pasta

## Ingredients

- 250 g pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 piece chicken breast, chopped
- 4 slice bacon
- 4 clove garlic (crushed)
- 2 handful spinach
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 300 ml double cream
- 70 g parmesan (grated)

## Instructions

1. Start cooking 250g of pasta according to package instructions in a saucepan.
2. Heat the 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large frying pan and cook the 2 chicken pieces until no pink is showing.
3. Add the 4 slices of bacon and cook it for 2 minutes.
4. Add 4 cloves of garlic, 2 handfuls of spinach, 2 tsp of salt, and 2 tsp of black pepper. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
5. Pour in 300ml of double cream and bring to a boil.
6. Add the cooked pasta and 70g of parmesan. Stir until the cheese has melted and the pasta is evenly coated.
