The home hub holds two distinct Codex subscriptions, each with its own
allowance. The hub provides the connected host that Codex mobile remote work
needs, and — as the source ADR notes — a persistent local environment beats
re-bootstrapping a fresh cloud one. The same least-privilege and sandboxing
discipline from the source decision applies doubly here, because the hub also
holds personal photos and the backup drive.
